Charlie Claffey is President of Claffey Pools. Charlie’s father opened Pools by Paul Claffey in 1987 and changed the name to Claffey Pools in 1993. In 2004, Paul sold the company to Charlie and his two siblings. Claffey Pools has won numerous awards from APSP (now PHTA). Charlie currently serves as Chairman-Elect of PHTA.

Noel Conley, Jr. has been in the swimming pool industry for over 30 years and currently owns and operates Miracle Pool Service, Inc in Garland, TX. Noel is a Certified Service Professional, Certified Pool Operator, and a licensed Residential Appliance Installer. Additionally, he has been a subject matter expert for both PHTA and the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and served as President of the North Texas Chapter of PHTA, Chairman of the PHTA Service Council, and Vice President of the Southwest Pool & Spa Show. He was the winner of the APSP Region 3 Volunteer Leadership Award in 2009-2010, the Southwest Pool and Spa Show Volunteer of the Year in 2014, Pleatco Industry Leadership Award in 2015, APSP Fellow in 2016, APSP Region 3 Design Awards, and Volunteer of the Decade Award in 2019.

Bill Irvin is a second-generation pool guy, starting as a teenager in the pool industry in the 1960s via a construction crew and throughout college maintaining public pools. During the 1970s, he became VP of a major lending institution specializing in indirect-consumer-financing of residential swimming pools. In 1976, as a P.E., he assisted in the opening of the first Texas location for one of the largest U.S. pool builders. Later, he acted as a semi-public-pool design consultant for a number of Houston-area pool contractors until he bought into what ultimately grew into the 4th-largest volume builder in the Houston market. Bill was one of the earliest recipients certified as a National Spa and Pool Institute (NSPI) Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and later, an instructor. After selling his company in 1987, he acted as a factory rep/consultant, marketing and organizing swimming pool gunite operations throughout the country, serving numerous residential and public pool-contractors.

He is a longtime member of the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA), formally the APSP/NSPI. One of the earliest recipients as an APSP/NSPI Certified Builder (CBP), plus APSP Certified Service Professional (CSP). Voting committee member of ANSI/APSP-5-7 & 17 Pool Building Standards Guidelines. Current board member & secretary/treasurer of the Texas Pool & Spa Coalition (TPSC). Regular instructor of certification educational training for swimming pool trade association members. Adviser on pool related building code issues for the North Texas Council of Governments (NTCOG), along with participation in the development of the CDC's Model Aquatic Health Code. Although now semi-retired, in 1988 he organized and still oversees Preferred Pool Corporation, which activities includes the design/consultation of difficult-build custom residential pool projects, plus semi-public therapy, hospitality, and rooftop pool applications.

Bruce Mungiguerra is a senior level executive with over 20 years of leadership experience. Bruce is the CEO of Riverbend Sandler Pools and joined the organization in September of 2021. Since Joining Riverbend Sandler, Bruce and his team have also acquired Pulliam Pools of Ft. Worth, Claffey Pools of Southlake, Crystal Clear Custom Pools of Midlothian, and Backyard Paradise Luxury Pools of Montgomery. Prior to joining the pool industry, Bruce spent 20 years in the technology space and 14 years in the airline business. Bruce and his wife Kim live in Lantana and spend most weekends down at Richland Chambers Lake. They have two grown children, Spencer (25) who lives in Denton and Ashley (28) who lives in Lewisville with her husband Zac. Bruce enjoys golf, lake life, and riding motorcycles.

Justin Pinson has been in the pool business since 2014, starting with a small route he bought on Craigslist that now services over 200 pools per month. He also does construction, remodel, repair, and service. Justin was named on the 2021 Top 30 Under 40 list and made the 2022 Inc 5000 Fastest Growing Companies in the U.S. list. Kevin has been working in and around swimming pools for about 50 years. He has trained hundreds of instructors and lifeguards, taught aquatic exercise classes, and conducted aquatics classes for people with disabilities over a period of about 15 years. For over 30 years, Kevin has built pools and provided pool service and repair, sales, troubleshooting, and training. The largest companies in the industry that Kevin has worked for are BioLab and StaRite. Most recently, for almost 10 years Kevin has focused on education for aquatics and the pool and spa industry.
